BOOKING CONDITIONS
A deposit of $200 within 7 days is required to confirm
your booking. The balance of the Charter Fee is payable
30 days prior to departure and a Security Bond of $500
(cash or credit card) is required on the day of
departure. The bond is refundable within 7 days of
completion of hire, less a Service Fee of $8.00 per
engine hour to cover the cost of fuel and engine service
- providing there is no loss or damage to the vessel or
equipment. The vessel must be returned in a reasonably
clean condition or a cleaning fee will be charged. - We
take pride in our craft.
Hire Fees are subject to change without notice. Prices
shall be confirmed at the time of booking. Once a deposit
is paid the price is held firm.
Management reserves the right to refuse any person(s)
the use of the craft.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be in writing and received by
Clarence Riverboats Pty Ltd prior to departure- date.
Cancellation- charges are payable from the date of
advice- to the date of departure as follows-:-
Over 30 Days:-Deposit only
20 - 30 Days:-30% of Total boat hire
10 - 20 Days:-60% of Total boat hire
Under 10 Days:- 80% of Total boat hire
No notification:- 100% of Total boat hire

Insurance
INCLUSIONS
The charter fee includes crockery, cutlery, glassware
and plastic containers, cooking equipment and utensils,
bedding-, pillows, linen, blankets, continental quilts,
towels, hand towels, face cloths, tea towels, pot
holders, detergent and basic cleaning equipment and
toilet paper. A 3.7 metredinghy, rowlocks and oars are
also provided- in the charter fee.
You are permitted to have up to 12 persons- on board
during the day. If you have a small outboard (up to 4.5
H.P.), you may use it on the dinghy. Your own speed/ski
boat or runabout can be towed behind our craft. There are
12 volt cigarette lighter socket outlets installed.
